hey guys,
wondering what's the best way to raise your good cholesterol and lower the bad one?
what types of exercise? cardio?
what type of diet or healthy choices for food?
has anyone tried that pill garlique? does it work?

Probably has mostly to do with diet and not exercise.

To raise good cholesterol, exercise is recommended. Minimum of 30 minutes a day of any exercise that gets your heartrate up (even walking). To lower bad cholesterol, monitor the cholesterol intake in your diet an make sure you're not consuming any high cholesterol foods on a regular basis.

flax oil is rich in the EFA's (essential fatty acids) omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9(for high cholesterol). Red Yeast rice is used to get LDL and HDL in a safe range take it with a circulatory like COQ10... works great... and of course proper diet and exercise.
