cheat days?
do you guys that work out alot ever give your self cheat days. i mena where you set aside 1 day a week or so to eat whatever you want? i was just wondering who else does it.

2 cheat meals per week. I used to do 3, but decided that was too much if I was going to spread them out over more than one day.
Also, when I cheat I only cheat on what I eat, not how much I eat. I try to keep the portion size to a minimum.

I don't watch my diet closely, I just try to stay away from fatty foods and sugar.
I get wasted Friday & Saturday and usually eat fatty and 'sugary' foods.

Friday or Saturday, but when I cheat, I don't go out of control. If you get out of control in cheating on 1 day, i.e. eating whatever the hell you want, as much as you want, you'll be reversing your progress.

I have 1 cheat breakfast on either Saturday or Sunday mornings and 1 cheat dinner on either Friday or Saturday. Like someone else mentioned, I still eat a regular portion rather then stuffing my face.

Dude... you have to have at least one cheat day or your going to go NUTZ! I was in a bulking stage with only eating the same menu every day...
Breakfast: 12 egg whites boiled, cup of oats, half of grapefruit.
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Romain lettuce, low fat cottage cheese, black beans and chicken
Snak Protein shake x 2
Dinner: Two chicken breasts, apple, oats
After dinner: tuna and two scoops of natural peanut butter.
Work out
Muscle milk before bed.
