haven't u guys noticed that ur way more cut the day after a night of hard drinking. hehehe, thats why when i went to mexico i drink like a fish at nite, u may not feel too good the next day but u'll look good

Whatever you decide, elliptical or treadmill, get a heart rate monitor. To lose weight, stay in the 60-70% of your max heart rate. To calculate max heart rate, I use this formula from Runner's World:
MHR = 205 - (0.5 x your age)
According to RW, this is the single best formula for predicting MHR. Hope this helps and goodluck!

I dont think I am splitting hair when I correct someone who wrote: "Muscle is protein", when in reality muscle is more than 3/4s comprised of water.
