Bigger right after
Does anyone notice that they seem much bigger the 30 minutes after a workout than the rest of the time? I wish I could keep that look all the time.

that's not good at all! If you want to keep the feeling just lift some weights periodically or if you're at school or work, raise your backpack or laptop in it's case with your arm really fast. For the chest just randomly do pushups, for the legs just flex them periodically. You get the picture.
