Green tea, crystal light, diet coke, carrot juice, milk, gatorade, water with lemon.

Right now I'm drinking Pumpkin Ale.

Water and green tear are all i drink.

Occasionally a glass of skim milk.

If you really have to have pop/soda/coke, go diet. Full of horrible chemicals, but no calories.

I like 1% milk, it's not like I couldn't use the calories anyway. But I also drink a few L of water a day.

I would imagine for someone who gets sick of just drinking water all day, drinking tea would also be really hard.

I stay away from soda, and anything that's just too sweet. Basically, soda and lemonade and such that comes in 2 litre bottles is pretty much too sweet and too disgusting for me.

I love brisk and nestea though. That shit is good.

don't NOT drink juice, it's full of vitamins that are good for you. grapefruit is my personal favorite. yes, cut out coke, tea, coffee, etc, b/c they are EMPTY calories. keep milk, juice, and of course water, because they are GOOD for you. ever notice how a glass of milk will fill you up? only ~100 calories, and it'll stop you from eating crap snacks instead.

i would drink weis' brand gatorade, it is cheaper than the gatorade brand, and does not least you thirsty, typically when i bought it , it was .99 per 64 oz bottle when it was on sale. so i would buy 20 or 30 bottles and keep em in the basement

Unless I'm playing a sport or need carbs, I wouldn't be drinking gatorade. It's almost as bad as soda.

It has 14 g of sugar per serving. One bottle has 2.5 servings, so that's 35 g of sugar! Look at a coke can. They have almost the same amount of sugar. Not to mention these aren't complex carbs.

If possible, stear away from Gatorade and drink water and green tea...if you're trying to lose weight.

I drink about 8 water bottles, 2 green teas and 2 protein shakes every day, just while I'm at work (7:30-4) I go to the bathroom 5-6 times a day. I go through almost over one and a half 24 packs of water every week. Thank god they are paying for it. Sippin on water has become a habbit now. Cold water keeps the metabolism going and I don't feel as hungry.

Replying to an old ass thread that's already been bumped.

I am well aware of the sugar content in brisk tea and nestea. =P. It is however one of my really bad vices....

Water or booze when I'm doing some boozing. Really all I drink is water or Gatorade when I go running.

I stopped drinking cokes completely and I've tried to tell other people to do the same. All it does it fawk you up. I'm 6'1" 163. At the end of the summer I weighed 203. 40 lbs in 3 months. I stopped drinking coke, stopped eating HUGE portions, don't eat out like I used to (once a day or so!) and started running a LOT. I used to have tea or coke with every meal and a few more in between. I was a Dr. Pepper fanatic. I cut it out and I think it has really contributed to my weight loss. The crazy thing is that nearly 4 months after having stopped drinking it I still have powerful cravings. This is from someone who smoked off and on for years and never felt the least bit addicted to it. That tells me that cokes are some sick ass drugs we should all kick.
