I heard that doing it before you sleep is no good?
I've also heard morning workout is good for you...
someone give me the facts.

#1. You are not able to eat as much after your workout, as you would If you did it in early in the day. You should have a PWO shake, followed by a meal 1 hour later. These should all have lots of carbs too, so I don't know if a load of carbs would be great before you hit the sack.
#2. You probally have less energy at night, no matter how wired you think you are.
#3. It's harder to fall asleep.

<----During my lunch hour, because the satisfaction of knowing my company is paying for this makes it all that much better.

Since I played sports in high school & college, practice was alwas in the afternoon, so that's when I like to work out around 4 or 4:30. If I go any time later then 6, I feel like I am too tired and hungry and I am just going through the motions to get my workout done. Recently through, due to the gym being way to crowded in the evenings, I have started going in the early mornings. We'll see how long that last.

Although I did manage to get pretty good results last summer from working out 11pm-2am 4-5 nights a week.
