Best quad stretches?

My quads seem to be getting a little tight after running (and playing soccer), so I'm thinking I need to be stretching out better. Also, I'm going to focus on better water intake, as that may be hurting me too...

With that... What are some good stretches? I know the typical "grab foot and pull the sole of your foot to you butt...", what else???

Thanks.

I think that's about it Your knee is a hinge joint, so you don't have a lot of options as far as stretches go. Just be sure that you're holding it long enough. You should hold a stretch 30 seconds to maintain flexibility and 60 seconds to improve it (generally). Drinking extra water will definitely help, as will increasing your protein intake, but it's normal to have some tightness after that type of running.
