Best At Home Workout

If you guys had to choose at home DVD to work out with, what would you pick?

Taebo, Core Secrets (the ball), Winsor Pilates, or something else?

Winsor Pilates. That shit is TOUGH. Get the advanced workout and do it 4 times a week. I have a friend who manages to do that (he's 24) and his abs, thighs, and butt are absolutely amazing. I've just started doing it with regular frequency. It's so fast that it's an aerobic AND a strength training workout all in one. If you want to hit your arms and shoulders, Winsor has an Upper Body Workout DVD also. It's very fast paced and you won't need more than 5lbs dumbbells for it unless you're HUGE. I alternate between 2 and 5 lbs because the 5ers are too much sometimes. People mock pilates as being girly, but once they try it and find out that they're not even strong enough to do it at all it's quite funny.

It's great for gaining core strength.

I read Body For Life by Bill Philips, it had a pretty good workout + info in there, all you really need are some dumbells, a bench, and motivation
