Just wondering, has anyone taken any cortisol limiting supplements? I got the stubborn abdominal fat that I'm trying to burn doing cardio 4-5 days out of the week and its really not doin the trick and I'm even eating healthy not seeing much happen.

Well I wasn't talking about Cortislim or Relacore, I meant some other means

 

Just keep in a caloric deficit. That's the only way to lose the fat.
