Hello I used to go to a diet clinic and take B-12 injections for about 5 months and with the usual 3 times a week Navy workout and a few healthy meals I dropped 40 pounds.

After about 2 months in the program I started shedding about 5 pounds a week and by then i was eating pretty much what I wanted.

When I got to a satisfied weight I got this invisible mentality and it lasted about 7 months and then I kinda stopped working out regularly. I wanted to go back but the start up fee and the weekly shots prices have gone up.

I know this shit works. So my question is does anyone know where is a good place to buy B-12. I see a bunch of Canadian pharmacies but I really dont trust it nor do I know im getting the real thing.

Can someone help me find the real thing or know from experience and not hear say...

How do you know the stuff you got before was really B-12? Lots of times "B-12" is just code for "steroids."
