Is this good for losing weight also? I included it in my diet as my last meal after dinner and it tastes as bad as oatmeal and wow i got 2 of the worst tasting foods in my diet.

Sure, just low or non-fat versions.

never had cottage cheese beleive it or not...

but if i'm right, isn't it good to eat because it fills you up fast but isn't bad for you "calorie, fat wise?".

my manager eats like 3 servers of cottage cheese every day and he is pretty lean and muscular

Cottage cheese has mostly slow digesting cassein protein so it's a good choice for a bedtime snack.

Oatmeal has a lot of fiber so is a good choice to keep you full. Steel-cut oatmeal is better than rolled oats. Forget instant oatmeal - you might as well eat Capn Crunch.

low sodium cottage cheese and rolled oats are staple body building foods. mix some PB in either your oats/cottage cheese, tastes great.

Well I'm not looking to build my body. I'm right where I want to be, just trying to get rid of the remaining stomach fat/lovehandles.

I eat a lot of oatmeal, add a touch of brown sugar. It'll fill you up for the morning.
