Question Anyone ever use a free standing punching bag?

Hey everyone.

I found a $50 free standing Everlast punching bag on craigslist, but I was just wondering, are these any good?

I don't have any place to hang a bag, unless I get a stand, which I might do, if I don't get this one off craigslist.

I know these aren't as good as traditional heavy bags, but I just want something that I can punch, knee, kick, and elbow.

I just need someone to give me a review before I spend any money. Thanks.

Those kinda suck. If you hit hard, they fall over. And i don't mean putting ALL your weight into it, i just mean solid combinations. It'll fall over and slide around on the floor.

I got a standing heavy bag from ringside.com. They sell great products for serious athletes and enthusiasts.
