Anyway to help the sore go away?
finally started pumpin some iron

Keep your muscles stretched as much as possible. Try to get back to exercising your sore muscles within a few days. If you can't handle it, just use BenGay or Icy Hot.

It'll become much easier to deal with as you go along. Welcome it. I love feeling sore. Soreness indicates I did something.

Learn to love the soreness. I haven't gone a day this summer without having @least some portion of my body being sore.

im used to the soreness, i believe it will be sore for a few months now that i finally got my weight bench set up..
