How do you guys feel about using these machines? They seem to work, but I feel like a pussy using them.

 

lol... yeah they are good machines, I use em.

 

Ahhhh, my friend Tina refers to them as the "birthing chairs".

I like using them. I feel great when I have it up at 220 (adductor), and the fat lady who was on it last had it on like 40.

These machines are great for building upper thigh strength and size though. It keeps you from having a chicken leg look and gives you thighs of doom!
