Why can I only have one Private Message?

I did a search but I didn't find out why I can only have one message at a time. I can not even reply to a message without deleting it first. Anyone know why? Thanks in advance.

I believe its 15 days or 5 post.
Wait a little bit and you should have full abilities.

I thought that may be it. Is there a way to be a supporter? Such as a paid membership.

Some sites have a membership where you get extra benefits if your a supporter. I thought maybe I missed it when I signed up.
