Upgrading fogs do most just use the old housing or do they change out the housing to projectors. If they do. does anyone have any links to non universal kits for the 2013 TL

I would bet that everyone that is running HID's in the fogs are using the original housings. If you're looking for a projector look, go for Morimoto XB's or even better, the LED fogs offered by Acura for the 2016+ RDX and ILX.

The proper way would be to retrofit HID projectors in, but most people don't bother with proper.

I have the morimoto XB v1s and the output is amazing. The light is spread across the road whereas non-projector HIDs only spread to a very small perimeter. In my opinion, it's definitely worth getting the HID projectors than without.
