Someone in the DC area just put up a 2012 TL up for sale on CL (https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/...696755547.html), and I'm just trying to gauge if the asking price is fair... I have a 2012 myself and might think about selling soon, so trying to get a sense. I looked at KBB and the private party in very good condition was around $14K... but after looking on CL for a while it's hard to find the 4th gen with manual transmissions, and when they come up, people definitely want premium money for them. What do you think?

You can ask for whatever you want, it doesn't mean you'll get it and all that matters what people will pay. It's also Craigslist where low-ballers are king.

KBB typically does not take rarity into consideration for more odd cars like the TL 6MT.

Look at AutoTrader, Carmax, AutoTempest, eBay, Classifieds, etc and rate your car fairly.

another thing to note; too high of a price and it'll just sit. so, you really have to be in tune with your local market.

on top of the market dictated value; you're also competing with used audi's of the same year with the same features. ie; 6MT
