Back from Detail

Just got my TL back from getting detailed By Travis in Branford CT. Here’s a few pics. He did a full detail inside and out. Even did my engine bay!

For some reason I can only see the first picture. Looks nice and spotless!

Oh and nice license plate bracket on the front.

Thank you! My phone is acting up so I probably upload some pics with my laptop later on today. Yeah they did a better job than the first detail shop I went to. Small independent business always seem to do better job than more upscale places.

Nice! FYI, I bought the new panel in the engine bay because the battery terminal cover went missing. Seem's like a common wear item.

Thank you. I always do a yearly detail on my cars since winters are rough in New England. I’ve tried looking for just the battery panel. No luck at all. Acura wants $80 for the entire panel. Where did you get yours?

I bought the entire panel. It was a long time ago so I don't even remember how much I paid for it.

Acuras have so much orange peel, makes me want to wet sand my entire car then compound and polish it.

Not only that but the paint chips easily as well. Heck my Maaco paint job on my 1997 Nissan Maxima had more durable paint.

Thank you! That’s actually the cleanest I ever had it. The guy detailing it really takes pride in his work.

You can tell he does! Really comes through in the pictures. I need to find someone local down here with as much passion.

I’ll tell you from experience those high end shops that detail exotics don’t put in much work as an independent shop with just 2 guys working on your car. Just got look for someone local with good reviews. I found this guy on FB.
