That's why I hadn't seen them in the U.S. before... My, this would make for a nice mod on a USDM TL!

Headlight washers that spray washer fluid on the headlights, comes only on Canadian SH-AWD.

That's a pretty common mounting spot for people. they make (expensive) mounting brackets for that. Personally I like it quite a bit but didn't justify the price so just stuck it on there w/ heavy duty outdoors velcro. Been going strong 2yrs now

Not sure what you are specifically referring to in the pic, but my guess is the headlight washers. I have them on my '12 TL SH-AWD 6MT and to be honest I don't think I ever used them. The button for it is located beside the traction control on/off button.

it's only common for people who have a front mount intercooler, like the EVO's.

looks absolutely dumb/stupid if you choose to mount your licence plate like this without having a front mount intercooler to get in the way.

Front plates are a sore spot for a lot of enthusiasts, since most of the mounting kits for them are screwed into the bumper and it damages the car. Most cars look nicer without them.

If I had a tricked out car that I brought to meetups or something I'd probably keep the front plate on a bracket that I could easily remove when the vehicle was parked.
