Most vendors only get stuff from the manufacturers, add some operation profit on top, then resale it to us as customers.
The only big discounts these auto part manufacturers can offer is with price breaks, when vendors order the same product in volume, i.e., 10 sets at a time, 20 sets at a time.
Thus, it is highly unlikely these vendors will have "Black Friday Sales" similar to Best Buy or Future Shop, unless they are overstocked, or are willing to cut into their already slim profits they are making.

Well what you don't understand though is that the shops that include shipping in the price are basically just tacking it onto the price so it's the same thing as adding it.
If a part costs $800 plus $50 to ship and they sell it for $850 it's still $850.
The aftermarket industry profit margin is slim. Best Buy, Walmart, Home Depot, etc operate on huge margins, generally 50-500% markup. We operate on 10-15% markup on most parts. For instance, on TEIN coilovers we don't even make 10% on the sale most times. Add in free shipping, which costs us $30-$50 for the US shipments, and now we're making 3-4% on most coilovers. Add in CC/Paypal fees, which are 2-3% and now we're making 1%. That's $9 on a $900 coilover. And that doesn't even include our operating costs; we don't operate out of my mom's basement. We have a 5,000 sq ft facility. And if I have to pay my sales rep to talk to you I just lost money.
