Trunk panels Question

How do you get the plastic piece that covers the trunk latch and below off? That pillar shaped piece of plastic, look down at the latch when you open the trunk.

Thanx, I should have been a bit clearer. The piece at the bottom of the trunk. 84640-TK4-A01ZA , need to get it off prefer not to damage it.
