Is the TL an H11a or H11b for the fog lamps

So I am looking for some ugly ass most powerful 3000k or lower HID kit.
In the elite H11 kit - H11AXB 3000k or the H11B/H9/H8 XB 3000k are the choices
and do I need Anti Flicker Capacitor Link
and is this the correct lens https://www.theretrofitsource.com/al...ect_restrict=1
and finally do I pick Lens:TSX -R/FX-R or TSX -R/FX-R (B-stock) ?
and truly finally do I need the Len spacer kit 61OD/ 55ID??
Has anyone do this and can tell me which option I need?

I don't think the 4th gen TL fog light has a lens on it.. No need for the anti flicker capacitor link either.

Ya crap I linked the lens I was looking for a projector lens housing. Most people if they install HID in the fog lights use a projector lens and housing or do most dont since they are low to the ground?
