Timing belt tensioner TWICE failed!!

Timing belt tensioner TWICE failed!!
Anyone have an idea why I’ve had TWO timing belt tensioners fail within 6 months? I did the 100k repair my self 6 months ago, replaced everything correctly(I believe) and last week the tensioner failed so I replaced it and the belt then 400 miles later here it is again making the same clicking, tapping noise that ceases around 2000-2500 rpm...what’s goin on?

Go with Aisin parts, OEM parts without the OEM price. You can find it on amazon for about $60.
