Strut Replacement (alternative to OEM parts)

I have an issue with some unpleasant thumping and rattling sound comming for the rear passenger side of my car. After reading a lot of post it appears to be the rear strut that is failing. I was thing of changing both.

This being said I was wondering what would be a good replacement instead of OEM struts (since so many members had the sound comming back with OEM parts) Looking for quality... Any suggestions?

Thanks!

You could do a set of Koni Yellows. They offer a good handling benefits while retaining a decent ride quality, they're lowering spring friendly (if you planned on doing that as well), and they have rebound and height adjustments (up to 15mm of drop) so you can dial in the ride a bit.

You can see them on our site here: http://store.excelerateperformance.c...s/g-52201.aspx

A set of Teins would be worth some thought as well if you're looking for a little upgrade. They offer a great balance of comfort and performance, they are made to last, and they're affordable! A set of the Street Basis Z is right around $510, and the Advance Z (which offers dampening adjustments) is right around $590.

Feel free to send me a PM if you can't find something!
