A Spec spotted?

ok so I spotted a black A spec TL with kit quad exhaust and black rims with Acura center caps; was this car brought from Canada? Or are people adding kits wheels and badging to make them A spec? It did sound nice; spotted in Maryland

There was no A-Spec 4G TL. At least not anything released by Acura. If someone slapped an A-Spec badge on theirs and have either stock or aftermarket quad-exhaust, then thumbs up for them. But it's not Acura factory A-Spec. It's "homemade" A-Spec.

Most likely a Canadian 4G TL.

Acura Canada offered an A-Spec package for the 4G TL.

Older version of A-Spec'ed TL is here: https://www.topspeed.com/cars/acura/...c-ar89919.html

It was only available in Canada.

Ah, learn something new every day.

Compared to a standard TL model, the A-Spec package adds: 19-inch alloy wheels with special summer performance tires and full aero kit skirt package with front, side and rear skirts. The front and rear of the car are finished off with a midnight chrome grille and rear piece. The last little bit of flair is the ’A-Spec’ badge and ’A-Spec’ floor mats.
It wouldn't be too difficult to add these items. You could purchase them from an Acura OEM site if you wanted to convert it.

And does anyone know how to copy and paste without all those stupid "/color" etc. bologna?
