Should I buy 2010 TL..80k miles-should I buy it?
New to this site but love the 4g tl to death. Looking at a few online and wondering if I should buy a 2010 TL with 80 thousand miles on it.. price is 19,000. Or pay 24, 000 for the same car with 45, 000 miles.... I only ask because I can buy the cheaper on with cash.. but I would hav to finance the more expensive one..... does anybody own a 4G TL with that many miles on it? If so how is it holding up???.

I just bought my 2009 TL base model with 47K miles 2 weeks ago
for 19500.. I financed but i think it worth it.
Dont be in a hurry to buy it. Take ur time and look online such as autotrader, cars.com, cargurus... those are very good websites to look for the Acura TL
Chances are they will have new listing everyday..
Good luck

Welcome to the forum from a native Philadelphian! I'm assuming both cars have equal equipment? In any event I wouldn't get the 80k one - too many miles. The other is a possibility but as others have said you can probably do better if you continue to look around. There should be lots of TL's available in the greater Philly area. Let us know what happens.

There is a brand-new Acura dealership (Acura of Limerick) off Rte. 422 that my BIL just bought a new RDX from. They may be willing to deal exceptionally as they try to build their business. I'd check them out too.

I bought my 2010 TL 6-6 in December 2009.
72,000 miles on it now.
Not a single penny spent on it other than regular maintenance.
And I am not exactly a timid driver.

I work at sloane Honda we just traded an 09 sh awd tech with 40ish on the odo. Forget exactly the price but it's up there. I just purchased my 10 base tl last month. Had I been a little more patient I would be driving the sh awd tech for more money. If we don't sell it by July I may make a move on it. But if ur interested stop by ask for Michael hong

Didn't know that but it is good to know that there were no issues. As time goes on I guess I'll find out from him how fair and reliable they are now. He seems to be happy so far.

How many miles do you drive a year and how long do you plan on keeping the car? I agree that price is a little high for 80k miles. Never hurts to make an offer. There is value in not having a car payment.
