Saw Dust All Over Car

So at my job the city decides it’s a good idea to cut down a tree. Well since I park in the back of the building towards the roof my car is covered in saw dust. How do I go about removing and washing the saw dust off my car without damaging the paint?

blow it off with air.
if no blowing machine available...leaf blower, compressed air, a simple drive, etc...
can blow with water..

wouldnt use hand or rag to move dust, as that could marr or or even worse put scratches in the paint

Gonna try to drive it on highway so some of it can blow off. You think a pressure washer at the self wash would help? Gonna be annoyed this week cause I’m pretty sure it’ll be on the car again since the wind keeps blowing it all over.

yeah, the pressure will "blow" off the dust. and will help evacuate the little specs in the crevices and corners

Thanks for the suggestions! Most of it blew off the car during the highway ride home. Since it’s gonna rain today I’m holding off till the weekend since I know it’s gonna be covered in saw dust tomorrow. Gonna try power washing the entire car then going thru a touchless car wash.

This happened to me a couple of years ago, the city put up signs that they will be doing tree pruning.. Didn't think it was an issue since they would be doing the work more than a half a block away..

For some unknown reason they pull up the wood chipper in front of mine and my neighbors house, and because of the wind my driveway, cars lawn get saw dust all over them..

I blew the dust off the property and cars with the leaf blower, and then gave the cars a good hosing down and cleaning..
