Rear differential and transfer fluid?

Had a question about the rear differential and crankcase fluid. How often are you supposed to change it I called the dealership some guy said every 30k it was funny because it seem to me he seemed unsure of him self and it doesn't say anything in the manual when to change it.

Thank you its the transfer case and the rear differential that have to be changed every 30k on the TL-SHAWD 2013 Tec PAK the transfer case takes 1/2 qt of gear oil and the back takes 2.75qts of different fluid. Two different kind of fluids .

I used Mobile 1 75W-90 Synthetic Gear Lube for my trans case but I do drive a manual, assume auto is different.
