Yes!
In some engines, when used in milder conditions, you can take advantage of the fuel savings and added horsepower of 0-20W oil in accordance with these official Honda-published diagrams available at the following link.

It doesn't make sense to omit means that work toward a goal, no matter how small the impact. All efforts come together to achieve a goal, not just the big moves.
If the goal is to maximized power and efficiency, lighter oil helps. It is low hanging fruit on the tree of making the car perform ideally.

But 0W-20 is evidently not recommended for the 3.7 motor (in any Acura).

I still have a hard time understanding how 5w20 oil is the right choice for an owner in Alaska as well as a owner in Texas. The differance in cold starting thickness between a 5 weight and a 10 weight is only realized at temperatures well below zero. Plus I got my TL with the HPT option which are not recommended to be used at 45 degrees or less. Which is okay for me since it only means for a few weeks in January & Feburary that it has to sit. But it also means that during the summer I drive it a lot when it is near 100 degrees or above. How can a oil which has a "W" (winter) in it's name and is so thin be the best choice for everyone?

I did some heavy research on my prior question above and got some lengthy explaination about oil viscocity. It also explained how the internal temperature of a warmed up engine is pretty much the same whether it is 100 degrees or 10 degrees outside.
