Passenger Axle Seal Leaking/Dripping - Covered by Warranty??

I just went in for an oil change and upon inspection at the dealership was advised that the Passenger Axle Seal is Leaking/Dripping. My question I am hoping you all could help me out with is whether this is covered by the CPO Warranty? Thanks in advance.

Why didn't you ask the dealer when you were there? They could have simply ran your vin and let you know on the spot.

I would have definitely done that BUT it was actually the wife that took the car in for the oil change and just read me the inspection details. I already called and left a message for the Service Consultant asking whether the CPO covered this but no call back yet so figured I would ask the folks in the forum while I waited.

It's good to hear that Acura will fix it under warranty.
