Is this part of the Drip Molding?

Trying to figure out my options here. Bird hit windshield and seems to have disconnected a 7 inch portion of thin rubber trim off of the chrome windshield border. This chrome border runs from bottom of windshield up over roof.

At highway speeds of 70-80, it starts flapping and generates a loud buzzing sounds.

Anyone have ideas on process to reattach?
Or confirm if this is/part of Drip molding?

Tried searching forums. Found many articles about dented or scuffed trim, but none that i could see referring to problems with this rubber piece.

Thanks for any help.

That rubber trim is part of the chrome drip rail molding.

Driver side drip rail molding: 73163-TK4-A02
Passenger side drip rail molding: 73153-TK4-A02
Clip A: 73155-TK4-A01 (you need one on each side)
Clip B: 73155-TK4-A11 (you need three on each side)
Roof clip: 91572-TK4-A01 (you need four on each side)

Hey it's been several years now, I know, but has anyone found away to reattach that rubber bit with out replacing the entire drip rail molding? I really don't feel like spending the 83 dollars per side on a new set if there is an easy fix to glue that piece of rubber down.
