Greetings all,
Just picked up my new 2011 Polished Metal Metallic Acura TL.
I absolutely love this car so far.
I ended up coming from a 2004 Range Rover. The maintenance costs on it were eating me alive. Last time at the dealer it was $2300 for a alternator.
Once thing I do have to get accustomed to is the stiffer ride quality.
But I have to remember it's basically a 4 door sports.
Here are a few pictures of my TL

Welcome BBD! Good lookin' ride. 007Acura has good advice too. Don't advertise the dealership for free.

I looked at the 2012 model and I didn't like how it looked muted compared to the 2011 model. I like the aggressive styling of the 2011 model. Click the "more ways to share" button (it's next to the Twitter icon on the top upper left corner of the picture) Copy the BBCode and paste it in your thread and voila you're able to post pictures from Flickr.

Congratulations on the new car and welcome to AZ. Love that color, was my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, choice but unfortunately the 6MT doesn't come in that color option. At least in my neck of the woods, so I settled for my 4th option.

Welcome buddy, congrats, beauty is in the eyes of beholder, i love my TL more and more by passing day and i just love it when iam in the cockpit.
Welcome to the Acura Family, and i promise you will not be disappointed.
There are many Luxury brands out there, but there is some thing very special about Acura and upon that TL family is separate cult.
When you can afford a TL that means you can definitely afford different cars which has more fame than Acura like BMW, Mercedes, but we all still decided to buy Acura for a reason.

Nice cars, both of you guys.
Moneyman, that umber really looks sweet with the CBP. Wish Acura had offered that combo with the 6MT. Beautiful.
I'm just waiting for it to stop raining here so I can actually wash my car. I really envy you clean-car guys right now.

What kind of wax are you using? Also you should get the Weather Tech floor mats to save the one's you have for resale if that is important to you. Your car looks awesome!

I do not like the rubber weather mats.....I can always buy again the original mats when my set get too worn.

I use the same wax and then after a wash I use Meguiar's Showtime between wax applications. Any ideas on tire shine that does not spit off when rolling?

Try the Meguiars Endurance. Looks good, doesn't fling and lasts quite awhile.
Saturno - three pedals! That's what I'm talking about.

[quote=saturno_v;12900555]I use a rectangular plastic handle painters sponge thingy. I don't know what it is called but is works very well to get the part of the tire that is touching the driveway when applying. Also it keeps my hands from getting dirty. Just a thought.
