Move from 2010 SH-AWD to 2013 SH-AWD?
So my dealer calls me tonight and wants to offer me to turn over my 2010 sh-awd lease into a 2013 sh-awd lease for the same payment and just paying the first payment on the new lease...
I am trying to figure out what the differences are between my 2010 and the 2013... Besides the styling tweaks to the nose and tail... Anything?
Oh and talk about annoying, the 2013 blind spot warning is not available on the manual transmission cars!
Thoughts?

The most significant change is the new 6-speed auto box, which provides smooth gear shifts and faster acceleration times.
Blind Spot Indicator, Ventilation Seats, and 19" Wheels are also available on the top-line trim.

As others have mentioned, its styling tweaks to the front and rear and the biggest is the 6-spd auto.
Don't know when you have to return your lease but if TLX is really coming out for the 2014 model year, perhaps you might want to wait and see.

Yeah, I am only 2 yrs and 1 month I to my 4 yr lease...
And while I am interested in the blind spot system, the fact that they don't offer it on a manual car kills me... Really not interested in an automatic. The manual is the reason I moved from my 3rd gen TL.

I do really like the improved look of the 12' -13' grille. I don't personally see a need for the blind spot warning system.
Otherwise there are not many differences from 10' to 13'. Kind of a tough call.?

wait to see the TLX IMHO.

If you have 2 years left on your lease its perfect. If the TLX is coming out in a year then you can wait out the first year while it gets all its quirks and little issues perfected...My opinion. I do like the refresh they did for the 12-13'. The back bumper is also different along with the front. But I mean your really not getting THAT much different besides that and the 6 speed.

Just curious
When is your lease up and how far ahead of that did the dealer make the offer? I have a 2010 with a 36 mo. lease that is up on Labor Day and I'd be very much interested in something like this as I really like the 4g body style, but it hasn't been reliable. In fact, from now on, Im going to time the leases so that I only get a new car on or after the MMC year.

Since you have plenty of time on the existing lease I would wait for TLX. My issue is my M37 comes off lease in September and if the TLX is March and maybe SH-AWD a few months after that I have close to a 1 year gap, so I am considering coming back to a 13 TL AWD Advance since the dealer is offering it to me for $41,300. I would drive it for 18-24 months and then get the TLX once it has been out 6+ months and the heavy discounts kick in.

KeithL...Too bad you don't live closer, I'd flip you my TL as I have about 24 months left on my lease and I have about 10K miles on it....plus its never seen one drop of rain Low mileage and impeccable so you could enjoy the TL for 2 more years and not have to worry about the mileage given how low my mileage is

If you're 2 years in, chances are the TLX will not be out within the year.
The only difference b/w the '10 6MT and '13 6MT other than the grille, bumper, and headlights is the iPod compatibility now offers an easier search and voice recognition search by artist or song. Otherwise, it's the same car - which is nice IMHO
My '10 lease ends in May and I am ending it early to get in a '13 6MT tomorrow. Conquest program and Acura ownership loyalty program saved me thousands.
Good luck
