How Much is that Doggy in the Window?
What's the over/under for the 4G TL to top out at over 40K (AWD w/Tech)?
Not including kits, rims and accessories?
39K? Anyone? Anyone?

I'm betting on at LEAST 41K MSRP. I wouldn't be surprised one bit if it was 42-43K. Think about it...a loaded TSX MSRP is $35K. If a loaded TL is only 39K, why would you consider a TSX when a loaded TL is only 4K more?

the RL is the "same" car, meaning it was only a MMC so it didn't justify a price change. TSX is still a entry lux, with a lower HP engine. The TL straight up got bumped from 3.5 to 3.7 liters, displacing nearly 22 hp more base, and 52 some on the AWD model, it does justify an increase in price. Let's not forget the "new model" pricing, you're looking at at least 40,000 to start on the AWD.

Woot that pretty cheap. Consdering bmw and other cars. This car it worth much more then 45k thats what i think. Even the current 3g tl is worth more then 40k, thank god acura knows economy is bad so they don't make prices to high.

Well, then expect to pay $50K+ for a comparable car.

This thread is not about what you or anyone else will get if the 4GTL is x amounts of money. Keep it on topic and stop cluttering the OP's thread with off topic posts.

Then I would guess that you could probably tack on $8 - $10K or so extra for Canadian prices. Considering that MSRP for a 6MT TL-S is $46 500 plus $1825 for PDI....we'd be looking at $50K +++ MSRP for the top o' the line TL.
I wonder what the (hopefully) up and coming TL-S will retail for?

ok - so lets suppose the new 3.7L TL SH-AWD is going to have an MSRP at or over 40k. supposed it's 41-42k MSRP.
well the current 08 TL-S was selling at invoice for the past 6-12 months at least..and with the crummy economy - people aren't lining up to spend big money. I have been shopping on/off for a car for the past 6 months and the TL-S can be had at invoice MINUS the incentives.
my question is - will Acura demand MSRP on the new TL or will they soon start goign down toward invoice?
for people like me - who are ont he fence about buying a TL now - or waiting for the new one - if I KNEW that I would have to pay almost $42-43k to buy a 3.7L AWD TL - OR I can pay about 33k NOW to get the outgoing 08 - i think i'd opt to save almost 10k...and wait a few years to see how the new car pans out..
but if they are goign to only bump up msrp by a couple grand and then start selling at or near invoice - waiting might be worth it... if the cost was only marginally higher.
what kind of "deals" are they doing on the new TSX? it's a newly released redesigned car...is Acura caving in on pricing and selling at invoice or are they goign at/near MSRP?
what do you all predict Acura will do with selling prices on the new TL?
anyone know what the curb weight is on the new car? all this talk about 330hp is crap if they have porked the car out and it gained 300+ lbs... i want to hear 0-60 and 1/4 mile times or curb weights.. just saying it has 330 hp means diddly if you don't know what it weighs. from the photos it "looks" bigger...making me think it has gained weight..
so maybe while it's more powerful than the outgoin car - will it really be an FASTER???
