Hitch related questions

I'm thinking about getting a trailer hitch installed on my TL, and I've got questions.

According to both Hidden Hitch and Curt Mfr, the access hole has to be widened so that the spacer block can be inserted. All the online instructional videos don't show treating the enlarged hole with any kind of anti-rust. My thinking is that if the frame was treated during manufacturing, and we file it down 1/8 of an inch, doesn't that filed area have an increased risk for the beginning of rust?
Any preference between Hidden Hitch and Curt?
Most hitch related threads on here are all about carrying bicycles, and a jet ski. I plan to hitch a utility trailer with a motorcycle so that I can go to places to ride my bike. A typical bike's wet weight is about 460 lbs. Anybody foresee problems with this?
