Nice article, It made me recall the days of the launching of Acura, I was living in Ft. Worth back then...

Excellent article and straight to the point.

At least Acura had finally figured out that it needs V8 and RWD for the brand to go upmarket, and for it's vehicles to rival those from the established true-luxury auto makers.

It's such a pity that the global financial meltdown had ruined everything for Acura's attempt to fight in the true-luxury arena.

It's sad to see that 2 of the 3 cars/models they started with are no longer with us, and the last one is rotting on a vine.

They lost their way...now they have to get back on track. Funny thing is a few brands would love to have lost their way like Acura, they aren't sunk yet.
