I have a '14 SH-AWD, and it has close to 7,500 miles. So, I have a lot of driving to catch up to you!
Anyway, it would be nice to know the car's configuration, of those who post, in this thread. Well, I think it would be nice. :-D
With all of the issues (I've read about) this car seems to have, it's a bit hard to imagine it going over 100K, let alone, 200K. Grats on hitting 200K!

My 3G TL had 300K before I traded it in for my 14 SH-AWD TECH TL, and still pulled hard and got 30+ MPG on the Highway, my 4G is sitting at 28K. I drive over 30K a year, so I will be there soon!

As you can assume, they are mostly highway miles, but never had any issue.
Besides regular oil changes and tires/brakes, nothing had to be replaced.
I did get the valves adjusted with a little over 100k miles, and I can hear them ticking, so it might be time to do it again.
Although most of the miles are easy on the car, it has been to the dragstrip a couple times, and a few times a year it is used to tow a small open trailer with my motorcycle.

It is a SH-AWD manual with the tech package.
As you can assume, they are mostly highway miles, but never had any issue.

2010 TL SH-AWD
I wonder how much was the value of the trade-in at that mileage? I would assume trading it in would be best as no private party would even consider it.

'12 SH-AWD w/tech 6AT
38,000 miles - 4 years old this month
2nd year not sure of mileage had the transmission filter gurgle fixed
3rd year had the propeller shaft fixed
4th year had the torque converter replaced, which led to issues, ultimately leading to the entire transmission, front and rear differentials being replaced.
Mileage is 90/10% city/highway. My commute to work is only 1.5 miles one way.
No oil consumption issues. I've run Mobil 1 oil and filters since purchase.
I would still rate the car a 9/10 after 4 years of ownership. There's not much to dislike. Even with the recent tranny issues I had the car never left me stranded

2013 Acura TL FWD - reached 19,800 miles today. Have changed the oil every 5K miles with Royal Purple 0W20, using Honda OEM filters and changed the transmission filter The rear brakes have ALWAYS squeeked like crazy and the dealer is useless in repairing. The car really is a nice sedan and I paid it off in 2014 so I'll be driving it until the wheels literally fall off.

2012 Acura TL FWD Advance (Silver Moon/Ebony) - Sitting right at 22,700 as of today. The family rented at condo at North Myrtle Beach, SC for the month of October. Drove 3 hours each way for the last 4 weekends. Car performed flawlessly. Was a sheer joy to drive. Averaged slightly over 32 mpgs on my trips back and forth. Very satisfied. No issues. (Knock on wood!)

2011 I leased new and my oldest son (22) bought it off lease almost 2 years ago. Currently at 26,xxx miles.. All maintainence up to date, and since it's close to 4 1/2 years old he had the trans fluid changed during last service approx 2,000 miles ago instead of waiting until 30K..
The car has been great... But now he is geting the itch for a new car, either an IS350 F-Sport or Q50S. I would hate to see the TL go, so I'm considering buying it back from him and giving it to my middle son to replace his 2011, 34K mile, immaculate Accord.

Me and my gf just bought two high mileage TLs.
A 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD Tech w. 110k and a 2012 TL with 139k (up to 141k now). No problems with any although the 2012 seems to have a gurgling issue that started to show up 2 weeks ago so I might have to have the transmission filter changed.
These cars seem to drive as if they were brand new.

My TL (2010 fwd base model) is at 97,000 km (60,000mi)
I don't consider that high mileage but it is 6 years old.
No issues whatsoever. Drives perfect. Only repair so far was a speaker in the pass door under warranty. My Integra went 225,000 km before I sold it and it was solid so I expect the TL to continue to be reliable.

I am almost at 102,000 miles. 2010 SH-AWD 6spd
Had a passenger seat bracket and the exhaust system (cat-back) replaced under warranty at 49,000 miles
Replaced worn stock clutch with a SPEC Stage 2+ clutch at 70,000 miles
Had a pothole bend two rims at 90,000 miles (had them straightened instead of replaced)
Replaced tires at 52,000 miles (Bridgestone RE970) and 98,000 miles (Michelin Premier A/S)
Had one corroded TPMS valve/sensor replaced at 98,000 miles
Replaced spark plugs at 95,000 miles
Original brakes still on it, but feel terrible!
Otherwise, it has been a very cheap car to maintain!

I've only driven on them for 3,000 miles, but so far, they are extremely nice to drive on. They seem to stick well for an A/S tire (haven't been able to chirp the tires yet) and they do extremely well in the rain (which is what all of the major tire reviewers commented on).
The only weird thing about them is that they make this strange kind of "eery howl/whine" at higher speeds that isn't loud, but with the radio off, you will hear it. I'm assuming this will go away as the tire wears, but it's not annoying nor is it a dealbreaker with these tires. They are well worth the money.
For the record, I got them for $1,030 installed at Firestone Tire (I do this because I have lifetime alignments through them) and got to that price because I went to Discount Tire first, got quoted for $1,2xx and then had them put a military discount on them. That brought it down to $1,090 and then I took the printoff and went to Firestone where they not only matched the price, but beat it by an extra $60. Once again, well worth the money for a 60,000 mile tire.

~90,000 miles. Purchased new in Jan of 2013, though it's a 2012 model.
Fixed the trans filter gurgle, prop shaft replaced. T/C is fine. Doesn't burn a drop of oil. I check the level right after a change, about half way through to the next, and right before and it's always at the top of the mark.
Probably have to replace brake pads next oil change around 100K.
No rattles or squeaks, but I do get a wind howl in high cross winds and still haven't figured out where it's coming from. Tried temporarily taping gaps around the rear window and antenna without any change. It's a minor annoyance.
Other than that, I love it.

2009 SH-AWD TL
09 SH-AWD with tech, rolled 190,465km today..Still runs strong and only current issue is that prop shaft periodic whistling... That will be replaced shortly($1500cad) was the tune the dealer sang for that part...

100 percent agree.
After a few hundred miles from new, these tires yield a high pitch sound while at moderate speed. I guess its a by product of the tire compound and pavement contact. However these tires are suuuuuuperb in the rain. When i first purchsed them, i took my vehicle up to a sustained 85 mph in a heavy downpour and the tl was unphased. I have hydroplaned with the oem tires but not these premiere a/s
I would not drive more than 65mph in heavy rain as regular practice but i wanted to verify the tires proclaimed ability in the rain. These tires are indeed a beast in the rain. Excellent in dry weather as well.
The tires are Michelin's most expensive (more than the supersports last time I checked) but now I can see why. Winter is coming but I dont expect the same mindblowing results in the snow.

Trans died at 99k miles, covered under CPO 100k warranty (lucky as hell) just did the timing belt/tensioner/waterpump/plugs at the same time as the new trans. Car drives as good as ever. Hoping it is good for another 100k.
Love the car, BT streaming/phone is awesome, keyless entry/start/stop. really has everything you need in a versatile commuter car. plan on keeping it for a while

The dealer I'm looking to get mine done at charges a flat rate of $995, and that includes a coolant flush (which I know Honda/Acura doesn't really approve of). The other one in town does it for $1095 without a coolant flush.

I bought my TL used in 2009 with 15,000 miles after my '97 Prelude of 237,000 miles died. Performed all maintenance minder service and:
- Head Gaskets at 37,000 miles (warranty replacement - coolant in oil)
- Front door speakers (blown - warranty replacement)
- Replaced bakes once (Wagner ceramics)
- Tires at 65,000 (Continental DWS - Great tires!)
- Disconnected hood latch security sensor (alarm was randomly going off)
- Replaced battery 3 months ago
- And the aforementioned timing belt and water pump
Overall, I echo someone elses same comment that my TL has been fairly cheap to own and very reliable. I think 10 years or 200,000 without any major repair is a good goal for any Honda/Acura.
