HID Fogs?

Was wondering for those that have hids in their fogs which ones did you go with, do you guys have relays? Anyone experience any major problems thanks!

i have the ones from ddmtuning.com. there are so many different companies that make the kits. mine are installed without a relay with no problems. Ive had them on for over 2.5 years now.

when youre searching for a kit try to find one that comes with a lifetime warranty, the ddm kit does.

I've the Kaixen from Exelerate, they're pricey but worth it. Most of this kit don't need any relay at least my didn't need one.

I have had kits from both HID Extra and DDM tuning. Recently DDM quality has gone to crap, and their kits are really cheap. Customer service also not that great. The slim ballast kit uses less current than the full size ones so I recommend those. Also you do not need a additional relay on the car as some may say. Works fine.

So I got my kit from HID Extra this time and installed it.

Flickering is usually caused by the car not supplying enough current to keep them on. Cheaper kits will show this or crappy brands. The one I got and DDM kits usually are good about not doing this.

DDM kit is what I'm using.. Problem is they ship from overseas so its usually a 2-3 week turnaround time for their kits to arrive.. But great quality from my experience. I have always used them for my sport bikes and now I'm using them on the TL.. No issues whatsoever

How much are ddm's kits? Btw would anyone know if acura would take care of my fogs not working under warranty? Because I switched my fuses & that really didn't do much.. I tried putting different kits in they work perfectly fine when connected directly to the battery & my oem bulb wouldn't work either
