Front lower bumper trim on 4G TL

Hello all, new to Acurazine and new to Acura. 3 Hondas have graced my garage, but this is my first Acura and not my last. Good Lawd have I been missing out.

Is anyone aware of a way to remove the two little chrome trim strips on the inside of each fog lamp in the front bumper? I circled the passenger side in the pic. I'd like to remove, clean and wrap, then re-install them.

Thanks.

its a matte cf wrap that was done last summer. Didn't age well with winter. I had it redone recently with a gloss black cf.

Very cool, I love those seemingly small things that make it different from everybody else.
