Dumb Question on the brake fluid

I know on Honda they strongly recommend their fluid on trans and rear diff. However, brake fluid I do not know if there anything that special besides the claims that you should use it. I am upgrading my braking system, rotors, pad and braided lines, I am doing some fun vacation mountain driving this summer (BlackHills, Jellystone and such). If I wanted to use ATE, Motul, or Castrol, is there any issue with DOT4 or DOT5.1 long terms? I doubt it strongly. Also, do I need to change something like ATE Original TYP 200 DOT4 more often if I end up using it? Honestly, I am looking for a push one way or another.

Thank for the help

I use motul 5.1

I would probably stay away from SS brake lines for safety reasons, they'll probably be fine, but I would personally stick with stock
