Custom headlights and tail lights by ACKTL05

Hello all. I have been a vendor for custom 3G tail lights and have recently got into the 4G tail lights. Although there are not many variations like the 3G which allows me to replace and mix up parts to create a new style, I can open the 4G and smoke out the internals and black out the bezel to give it a clean look. Here is the 3G thread of my work:
https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-2004-2008-93/custom-tail-lights-head-lights-acktl05-759299/

Prices:

It will be 180 + shipping. I will insure for $400, get a tracking number and use a lot of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. The price will include the glue/sealant/paint/service/etc. I will use a fresh blade to open each pair of tail lights to ensure a perfect cut.

Color matching: I can have your bezel painted to match the color of your car. I would need you buy a 12 oz spray can of color with a bottle of clear coat and primer and have it shipped to me from www.paintscratch.com. I will send you my address so it will come right to me and you will not have to waist your time/money on shipping.

Turnaround time: is about a week once I have received your tail lights and of course on the transit time. I will be sending them back to you once I receive full payment using UPS or USPS insured for the full value with tracking.

Liability: Laws will vary from state to state, I would advise you to check your state laws before ordering tail lights as I will not be held personally liable if you get pulled over, or are in violation of DOT laws.

Limited Warranty: My work is guaranteed against leaks for 6 months, for all reasons other than owner’s negligence. Again, I advise you to use new gaskets.

Reference: Here are some pictures of my tails and tails that I have found, for more reference. I will be posting pictures up on here as soon as I complete more jobs.

I understand and I am not being pushy but I was just curious to as why I would get about 4-5 people interested and I finally make a set and no one is interested anymore.

The white part is untouched. It may appear to look tinted but it isn't.

Tinted or blacked out reflectors? I don't have anything for the 4g except for tail lights so if you send me a set I can do it.

wish I had a 4G and I would get these tail lights loll. eventually I would love a CBP 4G and I would like to do the tail lights similar to the one you posted with the red tinted out and the clear part left clear. But I think I might want to go darker on the tint and completely black it out and then still leave the clear part clear. I saw a m45 the other day like this with it completely black so it matched the paint and the clear part was left clear. looked really good.

I would send my tails in but this is my only car so I dont really have the time to send them out and wait. I would rather do a trade program.

I put an offer on your ebay site. Accept it and and we will be in business. I already have tails customized exactly like that but mine have been damaged and so they need to be replaced. I cannot go higher on my bid as I can get new ones redone for slightly more than my offer.

I'm sure if they were damaged, he'd tell us. Looks like he has a good rep on here...

Looks like it is actually a reflection.

Thank you and yes its a reflection, there is no damage. I am located about an hour from NYC.

They are dremeled and cut open. Then everything is removed and the bezel is painted black, then with these I blacked out the back part of the tail light to give the red portion a tint, as that is no touched with paint itself. They are put back together and glued and left overnight to dry, then sealed twice to ensure no leaks. Look before at my signature as I started with the 3G TL and have been doing them for over a year now.

Very easy to remove and install. Pull back trunk liner behind tail lights. Remove three nuts. Pull tail lights out, disconnect connectors..... done.

Very easy to install, unlike the 3G that the bumper needs to be pulled back. Installation should be tops 20 minutes.

I really like the tail lights but would love to see some pics of them on the car. maybe someone could photoshop it? I would really like to see that second set with the clear part left clear photoshopped onto a CBP TL. AckTL05 if you could do that I think you would get much more responses.
