Check drl system(already replaced resistors)
 

Recently in my 2010 TL, I started getting this message. I have had aftermarket LED DRL in my car since I purchased it. No problems(both even were blown out or stopped working and no message) The problems all started happening when I moved from parking into my garage to my driveway; my driveway is at a slope; so I started using the E. Brake daily. Then my CHECK DRL SYSTEM appeared.

First step was I replaced the LED lights, and they work fine; but still the message.
next step I ordered new resistors and still the problem

I thought I read somewhere that the E. Brake could trigger this? I make sure they E brake is fully disengaged and I move it up and down to see If the message goes off.

when the car is off with the E-brake on and in park, the DRL's don't come on when the car turns on. They should come on once you shift into reverse or drive or as soon as you put the handbrake down while in gear.

I would try putting in the regular halogen bulbs and see if that clears it or not. I have been using Putco's since April 2017 without issue. I park on an incline + parking brake on.
