Buy or No? '09 ACURA TL SH-AWD

I'm looking to buy an '09 Acura TL SH-AWD with approximately 135k miles.

I'm looking for some insight. The pros and cons of this vehicle and if 135k miles is high for this model.

Thanks!

I forgot to mention that the timing belt was changed @ 120k miles. The vehicle maintenance was done by an Acura dealership.

That all seems about right. TB was a little late, but not alarming.

135K is about averaging for it's model year.

Just have it checked. Mainly, I'd worry about the oil consumption issues repoted on these engines.

Like any car - if it's been taken care of then 135K isn't bad. If not, then it could be a disaster.

Do the normal stuff - shift the transmission up and down several times, check the tailpipes for excessive soot, look at the ATF and oil to make sure they appear relatively clean and don't smell burnt. That kind of stuff.

It's not late unless the belt broke

Does the maintenance light come on? is the timing belt replacement solely reliant on time/mileage or when the computer calculates its due?
