Bike Rack for 2010 TL
I have a 2010 TL with a factory rear spoiler on the trunk. I am looking to get a bike rack so that I can transport a couple of bikes to more interesting locations than around my suburban residence.
I really do not want a to use a hitch, so has anybody used a trunk type carrier?? They seem to be relatively simple to use, but are they safe??? (Pro's/Con's)

It seems that there would be no pressure on the spoiler with a system like this.
Also, for a bit more cash you could invest in a removable roof rack system from Thule or Inno. That would be more flexible long term since you could mount bikes, skis, or even a storage compartment down the road. Whatever you decide to buy, take some pics and share your experience w/ us!

I have one of these similar to the Thule referenced below...seems to fit well for my 2010 TL but I don't have a spoiler and I have yet to take out for a spin with bikes on it.
