Battery terminal clamp repair/replacement?

New battery a couple weeks ago.

So, I got a "replace battery now" warning on my way to work today, but the car continued running. After work I went to a battery store, and the battery tested/load-testing fine, as did the alternator, but voltage was a little low (12.5v). So I checked it with a voltmeter when I got home and it was up to 12.7v. Tried tightening the terminals and one slid right off - I was apparently getting intermittent contact on the positive terminal, and I couldn't tighten it anymore. Like the metal of the "O" shaped clamp was stretched out. Also, it looks like whoever owned the car before me jerry-rigged the clamp with some oddball washers, probably to get it tighter.

So I know I could shim it or otherwise get by, but I'm wondering if anybody has had similar problems (from googling, it seems to be a common complaint with Honda Odyssey owners) and if you have an idea how much it might cost me if I took it to a Honda dealership and said, "make my Acura OEM again."?
