All 4 doors unlock by itself

I have seen a weird behavior with my 2012 TL (FWD, Technology)). On multiple occasions, I have seen that all 4 doors will unlock automatically while car I am driving the car. I can hear sound of actuators and then see all 4 doors unlocked. Since all 4 doors are unlocking simultaneously, it seems to be issue with car's ECU.
Also, sometimes I find my car doors unlocked when I leave for work in the morning or at the end of the work day. I use Black button on door handle to lock doors in my car.

This is quite concerning to me. Any ideas?

might be the master switch at the driver's door. I'd check that first.

That's a very good point, because I think that could be true in my case as well. Do you remember if that RL issue was resolved?

Some of these functions like auto lock or unlock, seat position, mirror position etc. are optional and can be programmed to your preference. Refer to the owners manual.
On a TL they are specific to what key you are using, driver 1 or driver 2. If you switch keys, the new key will not know what settings were chosen for the previous key.
But as mentioned, you might also have a more fundamental or complex problem.
If you have two different keys, do a bit of experimenting to see if there's any changes when you change keys.

Definitely look into what jim_c is saying, you can change options of how the doors lock or unlock on your MID.

Here is a video demonstration of where to find it on the ILX but it's very similar on the TL.

Heck I just blame my wife when all 4 doors are unlocked. Personally I just learned last summer that you can unlock the doors , roll down all the windows including sun roof by hold down the the unlock button on the remote. Just havent figured out the reverse it with the remote.

You can roll up the windows and close the sunroof with the remote, but you have to be standing at the car for safety reasons. Push the button on the fob so the actual key pulls out, then insert that in the driver's door and turn right and hold (you may have to turn right, release, then turn right and hold). It will close everything.

I continue to have this issue, where all 4 door locks will open by themselves for no apparent reason. It can happen on any speed, including highway speed or while stopped on a traffic light.
Its spooking me out. Any ideas, what might be happening here? Any ideas?
Thanks!

If this is easily repeatable issue, I would take to the dealer. It should not unlock while the car in in motion.

No, it's totally random and cannot be replicated on demand. That's what is concerning me.

I don't think this is something you'll be able to troubeshoot and solve on the forums I think you need to take a trip to the dealer to resolve this one.

Sounds like one of your door sensors are malfunctioning or the door lock actuator is out of whack. While sitting in your car, try pushing on the interior of the door to see if you can replicate the issue.
