To be honest, since both of the cars listed do not come with the tech package, i would go with the TL instead. But that's just me. It all depends on you and your pocket.

The TL looks like it is a non-tech FWD model. I highly recommend at least stepping up to a tech model of it.
The TSX is a nice car but the materials are a little bit inferior inside compared to a TL and it has less room. It is much cheaper and a little quicker because it is smaller/lighter.
I would go with neither (because of lack of tech) although that particular TL looks very sharp.

Get the TL.
The blacked out look is cool. Even the wheels.
If you were to drive both you would find that the TL is more solid and more quiet than the TSX. The TL is just more substantial.
Also the dark interior will hold up better, it doesn't show dirt.
The TL is cheaper, it costs $ to paint the grill, it costs $ to paint the wheels. The centre stack on the TL is nicer to look and touch. It costs $ to tint the windows.
Invest in the spoiler for the TL.

But the TSX is an imported model, which (in theory) should be more reliable than the domestically assembled TL's.

They both look nice. The tsx looks very new and clean, with low miles. It will get a little better fuel economy.
The tl has a nice color combo: black/black and pretty low miles for an 09'. It will hold its value better than the tsx. Id say get the TL.

The ad for the TL says it has navigation? Weird observation for you...the TL has the wrong size tires on it. They're 225/50R17's, should be 245/50R17's I think. Personally, I would keep an eye out for an SH-AWD TL with tech. You might pay a little more but at least you won't be left wishing you had the SH-AWD.
