I was able to negotiate my car deal with these same numbers and leased a 2014 TL Tech for 389.00 tax in on the last day of March.
I used a purchased price of 34,655.00 with the .00061 interest rate and the end of lease buy out is 22,660.00 I believe. It is an excellent ride and my 5th overall Acura, thanks for the Corey information, it really helped me.

I did a 2014 TL base for $355/36 sign and drive I rolled first month, tax and tags into it too. 21k buyout. 10k a year.

I thought it was a great deal.

The residual is 52% on 36 month and 15k

I just leases a TL Tech with zero out of pocket and 35 pmts for $430. 15k/ 36 mo.

One of the easiest and least expensive performance upgrades is better tires. That's if you prioritize handling over speed. Lots of options out there, including the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S Max Summer.
