hey i just got the 4g TL and i noticed its not bixenon like my 07 TL


im thinking of putting in LED bulbs for my DRL/high beam.

only concern is...how would that work? since DRL and high beam are the same bulb...??? would i get flicker problems?

How it works is just changing of bulbs. Replaced mines with 9005 Luminics Krypton bulbs and had no problem. ..If you have big hands you'll need to remove the car battery in order to have enough room to remove the left side bulb.

Are these a blueish color the bixenon lights are, or more white?

To be honest, luminics look pretty terrible at 6v.

If I was going to change the bulbs, I would want the look of the bixenon lights as before. I def wouldn't want something that looks purple, or the ghetto blue you see some kids putting in their cars to make it look HID when you know the car is not meant to have HID lights.

Not the ghetto looking purple or blue...They are white with a little hint of blue.

That will be fuse number 15 under the driver side. Just removed in my 2012, DRL is out, with no warning indicators, and the Hi-Beam is still working.
