I am really liking the side profile and the rear of the white one. It looks very upscale. But then the front shield flies out at me and I lose all my appetite. MMC can't come soon enough!!

I keep asking myself how this new grill will be viewed in 12-24 months after there are lots of RL's, TL's and TSX's on the road. Right now, the grill design makes me recoil at first sight. But then again, I've seen other designs go from offensive to a "signature" look with time. I'm trying to be open minded and remember I've been wrong in the past with my first impressions.

We have Art Osborn to thank you for this design. It is not easy on the eyes. I just can't get pass that grille and the rear end. The grille reminds me of "Tow Mater" from the movie "Cars".

I too cannot get past the front. I know its off their 06 concept..but d*mn that was ugly too.

Just to similiar to a parrot fish for me.


as for the rest of the car..its nice. big but nice.
When I see it coming I will cringe..but as it drives past me and I see its ars going I will smile.

I thought this was a thread started specifically to list reviews.

Is it really necessary to clog up EVERY thread with "I hate the grill" or "I don't like it" or "It looks like a fish"??? Is it seriously too much to ask for people to keep the threads clean and for what they were intended?

First off this is a review thread....yes. The picture is my review/opinion..90% of post are opinions its inevitable in any forum to have opinions.. We are all visual beings.
Secondly it was just a joke. Lighten up! It is one pic.

before this thread was all put together I was talking about all the reviews and stats and pics/vids then came across the pic and thought it was kinda funny.

Didn't mean to offend anyone.
It wasn't like this thread had alot of comments on it anyway. Look you two are the only ones who have said anything since I've posted and that was about my controversal pic. Its one pic its over...quit whining and lets move on w/ the reviews.

I personally am excited to get some actual performance numbers in a review.
I am curious how this 39**lbs sh-awd TL compares to the old RL review/performance specs + to the 08 TL-S performance specs.

Pretty sure the purpose of this thread was to have a place to list all OFFICIAL reviews of the car, not your opinion/review, my opinion/review or anyone else's opinion/review.

You're not "offending" anyone and nobody's "whining" about your picture specifically. I'm personally just sick of opening up every thread in the 4G section and getting people bitching about the grill or the tail or whatever. If there's a thread specifically for a purpose, I don't understand why it's so difficult to use it for that purpose and keep your own opinion/reviews/pictures of fish in other threads. It's not rocket science...

For example, aznbo started a thread to consolidate pictures of the car -
Now it's an abomination of a thread with 1800+ replies. At least the title gets updated so that people don't have to weed through it all...
